The Poetry Jam provided a unique opportunity, as far as the curriculum series was concerned, as lessons were developed using a wide variety of poetry formats, collections, and strategic exercises. Design of this Jam included a companion text, The Poetry Jam Anthology, to house many of the works cited in the teacher’s guide.
