Self-Directed Project
Observed is an ongoing collection of the visual research connected to my self-directed publishing project, Observe!—a wordless children’s book that’s currently in development. As part of my graduate thesis I wanted to combine my love for nature and wordless children's books, letting the visual storytelling take the reader on a journey that not only informs but also inspires their own unique narrative. In addition, my hope is that it also inspires a desire to get outside and make their own observations. These studies and concepts are part of the foundation for what will ultimately become the final book.
